It's a year of fundamental change for the hospitality sector with increased cost pressure from National Insurance and National Minimum Wage requirements and the anticipated introduction of the Employment Rights Bill, the most substantial reform of employment law in over 50 years.

The new Employment Rights Bill includes a number of key changes which will need careful preparation, and Bath BID has devoted its next Bath Business Breakfast to this topic.
