We are working with Bath & North East Somerset Council, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and technology partners to test a new way of training in food hygiene.
A digital, interactive experience, the tool enables users to practically move around a kitchen, interacting with real life scenarios and helping to test food hygiene knowledge. This can help reassure food businesses that they are complying with the law, or can assist with training of staff.
This is a ‘test and learn’ project and so we would encourage as many people as possible to try this new, innovative tool and let us know what you think.
