Workforce for the Future

Workforce for the Future is a free support service for small to medium sized businesses in the West of England.

The £8m programme is designed to help businesses develop their workforce, enabling them to attract, recruit and retain top talent to support their goals.

By registering with Workforce for the Future businesses can engage with a wide range of support from ten expert partners, including:

• Bath College
• Business West
• Bristol City Council
• City of Bristol College
• University of the West of England
• Weston College
• WTPN
• Leonard Cheshire
• National Composites Centre
• YTKO

The support is tailored to business needs and covers areas such as upskilling employees, developing talent pipelines with schools and colleges, recruiting an apprentice, becoming more inclusive, and much more.

The programme is funded by West of England Combined Authority and the European Social Fund (ESF).
