Temple Meads Station Welcome Ambassador Roles Available

Do you love Bristol? Do you want to share your passion for the city with visitors?

Our award-winning Temple Meads Welcome Ambassadors provide a friendly welcome to those arriving at the station, ready to start their stay, providing practical help and a friendly smile to visitors as they arrive.

You'll be directing visitors to bus stops, bakeries and Banksys as well as offering advice on how to get to places, what to see and where to eat and drink.

If you like meeting people and sharing advice and tips on how best to enjoy the wonderful city of Bristol, then this may be a role for you.

We are always looking to recruit new volunteers to join our friendly team, with shifts available to suit you. Great customer service and a good knowledge of the city and its surrounding areas is a must, however training and uniform will be provided.
