The wait is over - The Beefy Boys have unveiled the first photos of their brand-new Bath restaurant, and it’s shaping up to be something special. The newly released images offer an exclusive first glimpse inside the impressive venue at 24 Milsom Street, which opens fully to the public on Friday 7 March.
Eager burger fans don’t have to wait until then as the restaurant’s soft launch is already underway, and will run until Thursday 6 March, giving diners the chance to experience one of the world’s best burgers before the grand opening. Guests who dine in the soft launch period will enjoy 20% off food in exchange for customer feedback, but bookings must be made in advance.

Housed in the former National Westminster Bank building, most recently home to The Milsom Hotel and Restaurant, the Grade II listed space blends historic grandeur with The Beefy Boys’ signature playful style. Soaring 5.25m ceilings and striking marble columns are combined with bold illustrations which tell the story of The Beefy Boys’ journey from backyard BBQs to global acclaim, with neon-lit phrases like ‘Licence to Grill’ and ‘Smash Ya Patty’ adding to their signature cheeky charm.
The 90-cover restaurant occupies a prime city-centre location on the corner of George Street and Milsom Street, with an open kitchen at the back of the venue where guests can catch a glimpse as their award-winning burgers are made. A vibrant bar serves up a selection of cocktails, mocktails, ciders, spirits, and beers, including draught lager and IPA from the local Somer Valley Brewery, stored in impressive aluminium beer tanks above the bar.

On the menu? Expect The Beefy Boys’ legendary American-style dirty burgers and loaded fries, their famous chicken wings and tenders, plus vegetarian options, cocktails, and indulgent hard shakes – boozy milkshakes packed with flavour.
From laid-back lunches to lively nights out, The Beefy Boys’ Bath restaurant is set to be the city’s ultimate burger hotspot. And with a sheltered courtyard for outdoor dining opening later in the year, there’s even more to look forward to.
Founded by four childhood friends in 2011, The Beefy Boys have gained a cult following since securing one of the top spots at the World Food Championships in Las Vegas in 2014. Since then they have opened four restaurants, the first in their hometown of Hereford, followed by Shrewsbury and Cheltenham – and now Bath. Most recently, they returned to the prestigious World Food Championships in November 2024, finishing fourth in the world – so Bath diners can now experience one of the planets best burgers, right on their doorstep.
Bookings for The Beefy Boys Bath, including the soft launch period, are now open - book online here.
