Visitor Facilitator at Clifton Suspension Bridge & Museum

You’ll be the face of the Clifton Suspension Bridge Museum, delivering an exceptional welcome to every visitor. Assisting with the smooth running of the museum with a particular focus on the effective running of the Welcome Desk and shop, you’ll help to deliver our growing tours programme. The role includes key-holding responsibilities as well as working with and supporting volunteers.


Visitor Facilitator

• £12.51 per hour for standard shifts and time-and-a-half on bank holidays.
• Core weekday hours of 9:30-17:30 (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break), with evenings and weekends required across the high season (April – October).
• Working on a rota basis (up to three days per week), with a six-week paid trial period.
• Reporting to the Front of House & Marketing Manager.
