Salary: £25,500 to £26,500 depending on experience

The Role
As a Documentation Specialist, you will assist customers with all of their export documentation needs with a focus on ATA Carnets for temporary exports.
In this varied role, you will communicate with customers and respond to all enquiries related to export documentation effectively and in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will process ATA Carnets with a view to learning all types of export paperwork and liaise with freight forwarders, embassies, consulates and other third parties.
As part of this role you will undertake training provided by Business West and UK National ATA Carnet Organisation to become an authorised signatory for the Carnet scheme

ABOUT YOU – key skills and experience
• Proven experience in an administration or customer service role
• Experience of processing accurate documentation / forms
• Enjoy working as part of a small team to achieve goals
• Ability to work at speed with strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation
• Willingness to undertake relevant training courses
• Effectively prioritise your workload and adhere to strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Competent user of IT applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and experience using CRM systems
• Knowledge of export processes and procedures would be an advantage, as would knowledge of international trade practices / terms.
