Spike Island is seeking a highly organised, proactive and creative Communications Officer to help us shape dynamic relationships between art, artists and audiences. You will lead the delivery of Spike Island’s communications and audience development plans to support the effective realisation of our artistic programme and business plan. Working across departments, you will play a key role in enabling the organisation to grow and diversify its audiences, increase engagement, and maximise revenue.

The Communications Officer is responsible for delivering Spike Island’s external communications, ensuring that the organisation’s brand and values are clearly reflected, and building the organisation’s local, national and international profile.
