Bristol Walkfest seeks sponsors & supporters

Bristol Walk Fest needs your help – the popular community walking festival has some brilliant supporters but needs more.

Last year, more than 3,000 people took part in over 170 walks during May, and this year organisers want to reach even more, helping the people of Bristol get outside, enjoy the brilliant benefits that walking has for physical health and mental wellbeing, and explore parts of the city they may not have discovered before.

Bristol Walk Fest’s Event Director, Karen Lloyd, says:
“We are very proud to work with all our Bristol Walk Fest supporters and incredibly grateful to Bristol Ramblers for sponsoring our event. However, in order to grow the festival and ensure it can continue in future years, we need more support.
The vast majority of our events are free and inclusive, with walks aimed at people of all ages, interests and abilities. Bristol Walk Fest is for everyone and we want to be able to raise the profile of our event and get even more people walking. We are a small community-centred project doing brilliant work but are looking for more support.”

Sponsorship
Bristol Walk Fest offers three sponsorship packages, with differing levels of benefits for sponsors, from placement of your logo on printed materials, online and outdoor advertising, to social media and blog posts.

Programme advertising
Display adverts are available in the Bristol Walk Fest programme. Last year 8,000 printed programmes were distributed throughout the city, in libraries, community buildings and more. Full, half or quarter page ads are an excellent way to tell active, engaged Bristolians about your goods or services and start at only £200.

Support in kind
Bristol Walk Fest is looking for a lovely, accessible, central venue to host its launch event.

Gift vouchers
We’re looking for a local business to donate £100 of gift vouchers as incentives for participants and walk providers to complete our post-event survey.
