Two Apex Hotels Properties Honoured with Prestigious Gold Award in Green Tourism

Apex City of Bath and Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa in Dundee are thrilled to announce that both properties have been awarded the esteemed Gold Award in the Green Tourism certification program. This recognition represents the highest standard of sustainability within the hospitality industry and underscores the hotels' unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and sustainable business practices. 
 
Achieving Gold status in Green Tourism is a testament to the extensive efforts both Apex City of Bath and Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa have made to integrate sustainability into every aspect of their operations. The award reflects their comprehensive and proactive approach across the three pillars of sustainability: People, Planet, and Places. 

Apex City of Bath stands out for its innovative initiatives, including comprehensive energy management systems, waste reduction programs, and the use of eco-friendly products across its operations. The teams over the last 12 months have worked hard to increase their score across the 15 goals and increase the overall score seeing them move from a Silver to a Gold. The areas we have seen a significant increase in are Communication and Equality, Diversity & Inclusivity, particularly the work they have done with Euan's Guide and the group wide changes in communication and sharing of their green story. Congratulations, it is well deserved!
