The Role

Navigate are seeking a dedicated Junior Administration Assistant to join the team and provide support for their office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to assist in a variety of administrative tasks.

In this position, your responsibilities will include helping to maintain office systems, including data management and digital filing; assisting with recruitment marketing efforts; and planning the social activity calendar. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our Bristol office by providing efficient administrative support to the wider team.

This role would ideally suit a budding apprentice, or someone looking to take their first steps in an administration position. Training will be provided to help you develop the necessary skills to succeed and progress in the role.

What will you be doing?

  • Front of house duties including managing reception, answering telephones, health & safety compliance and acting as a liaison for any office-related queries
  • Ordering office/kitchen supplies and keeping appropriate stock levels
  • Maintaining the office layout and condition
  • Carrying out weekly cleaning duties for the office
  • Planning and organising company events and internal travel arrangements
  • IT management, including coordinating with our external suppliers
  • Researching and organising all company social events
  • Providing general administrative support, including with annual BCorp reporting and ad hoc research
  • Recruitment marketing support, including content creation and arranging interviews for candidates
  • Assisting with employee management, including tracking sickness, holidays, and remote working arrangements
  • Maintaining digital filing systems

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proactivity and a commitment to learning and growing within the role
  • Competency with MS Office and/or Google Docs
  • An interest in the digital landscape would be advantageous
