With an expanded event line up and a jam-packed program designed for all ages, this year's screenings promise to be bigger and better.
Taking place from the 4th to the 7th of July 2024, this one-of-a-kind event set against the picturesque backdrop of Clifton Village will offer an unforgettable cinematic experience for all.
Attendees can expect an immersive experience with covered seating, cutting-edge LED screens, and wireless headphones ensuring optimal viewing pleasure with no disturbance regardless of the weather. With screenings including family favourites such as Mary Poppins, Up and Jurassic Park. Rom-Coms like Dirty Dancing and Four Weddings and a Funeral to Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Pride, Vintage Screenings and everything in between, including late night showings of Friday the 13th, The Blair Witch Project and The Wicker Man, means there is something for everyone to enjoy! The festival's partnership with Porsche Cars adds an element of sophistication, with some of the screenings taking place in the Porsche Pavilion, offering a unique setting for movie enthusiasts.
For those seeking a touch of glamour, The Ivy will be hosting The Garden Bar, serving up bespoke cocktails that can be pre-ordered for each screening. Bristol Film Festival have also partnered with English Wine Producer Lyme Bay Winery who will be running several tastings for guests over the course of the festival and The Mall Deli will be offering some tasty treats.
In addition to the film screenings, the Festival this year will also showcase a diverse program including talks on film-related matters, short films showcasing local history, and unique wine tasting film options.
