Lost and Grounded iced coffee pale ale
This unique collaboration brings together the expertise of two revered names in their respective industries to create a beverage that blends the refreshing qualities of a pale ale with the rich, nuanced flavours of speciality coffee. Drawing inspiration from the popularity of coffee-infused beers and the growing demand for innovative products, Iced Coffee Pale Ale will satisfy beer enthusiasts and coffee afficionados alike, with its familiar yet unique flavour profile.

“As soon as the Caravan coffee range launched in Waitrose it caught my eye; my first thought was ‘collaboration’! Lost and Grounded Brewers work closely with Caravan, and we’re proud to be pouring our beers in all their venues. I envisaged us brewing up something super exciting to enjoy for the summer season, and our 'Iced Coffee Pale Ale' was created! It’s been amazing to have our brewers working with Caravan’s coffee experts to create something truly unique - the whole process from beginning through to completion has been a wholly collaborative and joyful experience.” Says Annie Clements, Co-Founder and Creative Lead at Lost and Grounded Brewers, on the partnership.

Caravan Coffee Roasters share in their eager anticipation of this collaboration, with their National Account Manager, Rory Campbell, adding: “We’re so excited to be partnering up with Lost and Grounded Brewers. Their beers are exceptional and with our fruit forward coffee beans combined with their light pale ale, we’ve got you the perfect thirst quencher this summer!”

Jourdan Gabbini, Beer and Cider Buyer at Waitrose: “We’re delighted to bring this Iced Coffee Pale Ale from Lost and Grounded Brewers and Caravan Coffee Roasters to our customers, and just in time for summer! It’s no secret that iced coffee has been a huge trend over the past few years and when you combine this with pale ale, it’s a match made in heaven.  We’re looking forward to enjoying a glass or two of this Iced Coffee Pale Ale on a hot summer’s day.”

Brewed with precision and care, Iced Coffee Pale Ale has a well-balanced profile that showcases the bright, tropical hops of a classic pale ale, complemented by the signature smooth character of Caravan’s roast. The result is a fresh yet complex brew that bucks the trend of rich coffee porters; Iced Coffee Pale Ale is designed to be enjoyed as a refreshing summertime beverage.

This special edition Iced Coffee Pale Ale will be available from May 13th 2024, on draught at Lost and Grounded Brewers taproom and Caravan Kings Cross, Vardo and City.
