Organisers of the AJ Bell Great Bristol Run have revealed the medal design for finishers at the 2024 half marathon or 10k.
This year’s Great Bristol Run medals are inspired by iconic elements of the city.
The front of the 10K and half marathon medals include the Flower of Bristol as the main focal point.
On the back, we've highlighted some of the iconic landmarks on the route including the towers of the Clifton Suspension Bridge and waves for the River Avon.
There are also 10 or 13 lines that encircle the design to remind runners how many kilometres or miles they have completed on Sunday, 19 May.
Taking place on Sunday 19 May, the Great Bristol Run is a celebration of the power of running and is a run for everyone, of all ages and abilities, whether it’s your first 10k or your 50th half marathon.
