About the role: 

As a Visitor Experience Team Leader your main priority will be ensuring excellent visitor experience and supporting the Visitor Experience Assistants.​

The role is centred in enthusiastic customer service and dedicated team management. You will be helping a medium sized team of Visitor Experience Assistants in running the day-to-day operations as we welcome hundreds of visitors from a broad range of audiences to the venue.​

The role is largely based across the foyer and shop and the Visitor Experience Team are often the first and last point of contact for visitors at We The Curious.

From welcoming everyone through our front doors, managing ticketing and membership queries at the front desk, and providing excellent customer service in our shop, there are many ways the Visitor Experience Team Leader role adds to the culture of fun and creativity at We the Curious.

Key details:

Salary: £12.47 per hour

Contract: 18 months fixed term 

Working hours: Contracts available are 22.5, 30, and 37.5 hours per week. You can let us know which hours you'd prefer in your application.
