About the role:

  • As Sales Executive you will be responsible for the development, and management of both new and existing corporate, conference and agent accounts within the defined territory of the Bath, Bristol and the wider areas of the Southwest.
  • You will be responsible for driving sales and new business specifically to Bailbrook House Hotel with an emphasis on high net worth business meetings and events and corporate accounts within the local area.
  • Your role will also involve developing the territory from existing accounts and contacts, alongside targeting new business account opportunities, with the support of the wider sales team within Hand Picked Hotels.
  • This will involve working as part of the UK sale team and cross selling or passing on sales leads within the business as required.

About you:

  • To be successful in this role of Sales Executive, you must be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of all the corporate market, be able to build and convert pipeline.
  • You will have previous experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Coordinator and have a proven track record of converting new business within a hotel, conference, or agency environment.
  • It is essential you have excellent written and presentation skills, are driven and highly motivated.
  • This role is based on property at Bailbrook House Hotel; however, you will be expected to visit clients and attend meetings off site.
  • It is essential you have your own transport.
