The Bristol Hippodrome’s official podcast ‘The Hippod’ is back with its second season. Hosted by Bristol Hippodrome team members Kyle and J.C and local legend and TV and Radio Presenter Ian Downs (aka ‘Downsy’). They’ll be chatting to theatre legends like Steps star Faye Tozer, the extremely talented Laura Pick star of Wicked, and many more!
The first season of The Hippod (launched in July 2022) included a hilarious panto special with Strictly Dancing star Craig Revel Horwood and local panto legend Andy Ford. Plus, plenty of gripping backstage secrets – including stories of when things go wrong! Including Jack Yarrow’s (the young star of Joseph and his Technicolor Dreamcoat) tale of falling 7 feet into the basement of the Pallidum during a show!
The Hippod was in the top 30% most shared globally on Spotify and was number 35 in the Arts charts for 6 days in a row.
