After almost three years, the West of England Combined Authority has decided to work with new operator, TIER, during the next phase of the region's e-scooter scheme, meaning that Voi operations in the region will cease in the region this autumn.
During Voi's tenure operating e-scooter services in the West of England, 11 million rides have been undertaken, showing other regions around the world that a more environmentally friendly, convenient and affordable way is possible.
Voi's last day operating in Bristol and South Gloucestershire will be 13 October, and operations will cease in Bath a month earlier on 11 September.
Voi will also be closing both its on-street and Long Term Rental (LTR) services. Customers with an LTR scooter, or those with a Month pass subscription will be contacted with further details shortly.
