Van Gogh Immersive Experience extends its run at Propyard to 2 October

Tickets are now on sale for the Van Gogh: Immersive Experience with adult ticket prices starting from £16.00. Originally set to end on the 3 September, the impressive digital art experience has now been extended to the 2 October 2022, inviting the public to continue to enjoy the exhibition.

Following a successful launch in April 2022, Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience takes you on an awe-inspiring journey into the transcendent universe of Van Gogh to explore his life, his work and his secrets as never before through the dynamic 360-degree digital projections, VR experience and an enchanting atmospheric light and sound show. 

This multi-sensory experience guides the viewer through a ten-minute journey on “a day in the life of the artist,” providing a chance to discover the inspiration behind some of his most beloved works including Vincent’s Bedroom at Arles, and Starry Night Over The Rhone River.

After a five-month residency at Propyard where the exhibition has been received in such high standing, the Propyard team are beyond thrilled to extend its run. Sam Watts, Propyard co-founder said: “We’ve had such positive feedback from visitors and watching them as they come out of the experience is such a wonderful thing. The 360-degree projection room is a definite favourite for most people and it can be pretty powerful when you’re in there, so we’re glad to be able to give people another chance to make it down if they haven’t already.” 

Five months have passed since the digital strokes of genius first appeared at Bristol’s artistic hub in the heart of St. Phillips and local artist, Farrah Fortnam, was commissioned to create a Van Gogh inspired mural-trail across the city, leading people to the exhibition. 

If you haven’t already made it down to Propyard to completely immerse yourself in the exhibition, now is the time to Gogh-Gogh-Gogh and get an intimate understanding of the post-impressionist genius and his work. 

Tickets start from £16.00 for adults and £13.00 for children, with a 30% discount for seniors, students and NHS workers and can be purchased over on the Propyard website.
