Propyard will bring the very best of the beer and music scene together for an Oktoberfest celebration on Friday 21 and Saturday 22 October, for a weekend filled with Oomph-pah-pah.
Following the success of its first iteration of Hopyard earlier this year, Bristol’s newest craft beer festival is back with an Oktoberfest twist, serving up steins of craft beers from Bristol and beyond’s finest breweries, with a side of Bratwurst. Huey Morgan will be headlining a stellar lineup for Friday night. The former Fun Lovin’ Criminals frontman will be bringing the tunes with his DJ set. He’ll be joined by Angel Mel, an artist born and bred in the heart and soul of the Bristol music scene, along with seven piece traditional brass band King Brasstards to kick off the Hoptoberfest celebrations.
Saturday’s line-up will include the musical trappings of Madame Electrifie who will be fusing the best vintage beats with the best of the modern age to create a raucous dance floor focused party, along with more Oom-Pah classics from King Brasstards and a headline performance from special guests soon to be announced.
The two-day event will feature drinks from the very best of Bristol’s indies, plus breweries from further afield who’ll be providing unlimited pours to those with an all-you-can-drink ticket, allowing guests to sample the impressive line-up from each taproom and get the ultimate Hoptoberfest experience. Wines, spirits and soft-drinks will also be available to purchase over the weekend.
Attendees can expect nothing but greatness from Palestinian-inspired kitchen, Jafra and Bristol’s sourdough pizza connoisseurs, Pizzarova. There will also be German Bratwursts and pretzels available to complete this Bavarian-style party.
Taking place at Propyard’s multi-purpose space in the heart of Bristol, the two-day event will be held in the venue’s impressive Crane Room. Beer lovers should get ready to drink, eat and dance in what will be a great addition to Bristol’s social calendar.
Early-bird tickets are now available to purchase for Hoptoberfest from hopyard.uk for just £35 plus booking fee.
