Landside food and beverage concession - expression of interest

Bristol Airport places significant importance on delivering exceptional customer service and providing a first-class experience.

Bristol Airport is inviting expressions of interest from potential partners to take part in a tendering process for a Landside provision of Food & Beverage services at the Airport.

Food & Beverage services at the Airport include but are not limited to, the provision of hot drinks, breakfast, and other food items for both eat-in or take away.

The procurement timeline will be as follows and Suppliers are invited to express an interest and respond to our Invitation to Tender by visiting our dedicated e-tendering site In-tend.

Expressions of interest/Tender Deadline – 4pm 20 June 2022

Evaluation Period (including interviews if required) – Week commencing 20 June 2022

Intention to Award – 12 July 2022

Award – 20 July 2022

Contract Start – 1 October 2022*

Contract Term – 5 years

*Earlier start date negotiable

The potential partner would need to demonstrate high quality food and drink provision, outstanding customer service and offer value for money. The customer experience is key at Bristol Airport. The airport is a fast paced and dynamic environment with innovation and new ways of working central to our business.”
