Operations Director Rodrigo Rashinthe explained, “In Bristol, we know that late nights matter! And there are times when no-one wants the evening to end. So after speaking to the team, we were keen to trial our ‘late night eats’ idea at our Bristol Triangle site - and let the good times and island vibes roll into the early hours. Now we’re just looking forward to welcoming our first late-night guests!”
The Coconut Tree currently operates eight restaurants in the UK; Cheltenham, Oxford, Bristol (x2), Cardiff, Bournemouth, Bath and Reading.
