Your Apartment Launch New Collection of Design-led Serviced Apartments in Clifton

Short term lets provider in Bristol, Your Apartment, have transformed what used to be Clifton House Hotel into its second largest collection of contactless serviced apartments in Bristol.

Following the launch of Your Apartment – Clifton Village Aparthotel & Coworking Space in December 2020, Co-founders, Charlie & Toby Guest have been converting and modernising the hotels’ 24 bedrooms into short term rental apartments.

Director & Co-founder of Your Apartment, Toby Guest has commented: “After what has been an incredibly busy and prosperous summer in terms of occupancy, we’re really proud to unveil 24 brand new serviced apartments joining our ever-growing Bristol portfolio. We really have poured our heart and soul into this project as we continue to expand within the parameters of the City of Bristol and beyond”.

Located on Tyndall’s Park Road in Clifton, just off the popular Whiteladies Road & a short walk from The Clifton Triangle, the former bed & breakfast is now home to 24 stylish studio and one bed apartments. 

The duo has collaborated with local Bristol-based interior designers to blend the buildings stately Victorian features such as high ceilings and spacious rooms.

Injecting that signature splash of vibrant colour which the ‘Your Apartment’ brand is renowned for is prevalent in each apartment as well as in the public spaces. 

Each apartment benefits from its own fully integrated kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, single, double, king or four poster bed, space to dine, work or relax and super-fast Wi-Fi. There is also onsite private parking, bicycle storage and two communal laundry areas for long stay guests.

Following completion of the project, Toby has added: “Despite the lifting of restrictions back in July, the unique Your Apartment concept seems to be going from strength to strength. We are optimistic about the opportunities this additional collection of apartments will bring for the business as we enter another new chapter”.

The Airbnb-style apartments in Bristol will be a place to call ‘home’ by professionals working away for short periods during the week. On the weekend, it will provide an affordable, yet sophisticated place for leisure guests to stay while visiting the City of Bristol.
