Square Works is launching its next phase in August

Square Works, a luxury co-working space within a private members’ club, is imminently opening its next phase of renovations. The final offices in its Grade II* listed Georgian townhouse will be launched in August 2021, with the final phase in the modern part of the building looking to be finished in early 2022.

Over the last year there has been a shift in how companies view their working arrangements, with co-working spaces seeing an exciting uplift in memberships as workers turn to hybrid working arrangements. Square Works has been no exception – the community has grown by over 100% despite the pandemic. The Georgian offices are now completely sold out, with applications for the final phase in the modern part of the building now being taken. The Community Manager, Kevin, and his team are excited to continue the popular social and wellness events as restrictions lift, including Prosecco Thursdays and creative workshops such as flower arranging. The Square Club is available for members’ social needs with their boutique cocktail bar and a hidden gem, their Secret Garden.
