Bristol Airport is committed to providing a secure environment to support its operations which safeguards everyone who works at or travels through the Airport.
Bristol Airport is inviting expressions of interests from potential partners to take part in a two-stage tendering process for the provision of its security services at the Airport.
Security Services at the Airport includes but not limited to, the staffed security of its Passenger and Staff Screening Areas.
The procurement will run to the following timetable with suitable suppliers being able to express an interest and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) through its e-tendering system In-Tend by Monday 24 June.
The anticipated timescales for the procurement are as follows:
- Expressions of interest/PQQs deadline: 24 June 2024
- PQQ Shortlisted: 19 July 2024
- Invitation to Tenders issued to Shortlist: w/c 22 July 2024
- Tender Deadline: 30 August 2024
- Evaluation Period (including interviews if required): September 2024
- Intention to Award: 25 October 2024
- Award: 31 December 2024
- Contract Start: 1 April 2025
- Contract Term: 3 years, with the option to extend for up to 5 years.
Suppliers are invited to express an interest and respond to the PQQ by visiting the Airport's dedicated e-tendering site In-Tend.
