Important: A key safe system is in operation and apartments are self check in. You will receive detailed directions and key arrangements in a confirmation email from Alderman Apartments Ltd within 24 hours of your booking. Please print it and take it with you. If you have not received it before your arrival please call us on 0117 973 3046.

Cancellation policy: A credit card is required to secure your reservation at Your Stay Bristol. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 GMT 14 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged. Please note, your credit card details are held as a guarantee against any loss, damage, extra clean or other services used during your stay.

Payment/Terms and conditions: The balance payment for your apartment will be taken 14 days before check in. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of Your Stay Bristol. Group bookings MUST seek approval prior to booking. Group bookings that are accepted will be subject to additional terms and conditions (available on request).
