Early check in/late check out - £10 per hour inclusive of VAT. Earliest check in is midday/ latest check out is 1pm. Subject to availability at the time requested.
Sunday Late Exit – Subject to availability you can relax on Sunday and check out at 6 pm from £40 inclusive of VAT.
Extra bed - £20 per night inclusive of VAT (reductions for longer stays). Subject to availability at the time requested – selected 1 & 2 bedroom apartments only.
Travel Cot - £4pn inclusive of VAT
Breakfast pack - (a litre of semi-skimmed milk, a litre of orange juice, a variety pack of Kelloggs cereals, four croissants, 250 grams of butter, a jar of jam or marmalade, a loaf of white bread) £27.50 per pack inclusive of VAT
Twin beds on request in two bedroom superior apartment – subject to availability at the time requested – NO charge.

Important: A key safe system is in operation and apartments are self check in. You will receive detailed directions and key arrangements in a confirmation email within 24 hours of your booking. Please print it and take it with you. If you have not received it before your arrival please call us on 0117 973 3046.

Cancellation policy: A credit card is required to secure your reservation at Your Stay Bristol. There will be no cancellation charge if a flexible booking is cancelled before 10:00 GMT 14 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, is a non-refundable booking or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged. Please note, your credit card details are held as a guarantee against any loss, damage, extra clean or other services used during your stay.

Payment/Terms and conditions: The balance payment for your apartment will be taken 14 days before check in. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of Your Stay Bristol. Group bookings MUST seek approval prior to booking. Group bookings that are accepted will be subject to additional terms and conditions as will bookings with a Bristol address (full terms available on request and on our website).
