For conferences, we recommend the Lansdown Suite. The Suite was opened in August 2016 and can hold a 1,000 person conference or 850 people seated for a dinner. A highly sought after venue for conferences in the South West, the Suite can be divided into three separate, versatile spaces.

For smaller events, our Heineken Lounge is the perfect choice. Situated in the South Stand of the Ashton Gate Stadium. The Heineken Lounge is perfect for events, dinners, and private celebrations. With a balcony overlooking the pitch, the Suite also offers a private bar with food service. The perfect setting for meetings, select our delegate packages for groups of ten and above.

Meetings and banquets take place in our Dolman Lounge. An impressive 64 square metres of space, a shared balcony overlooking the pitch. Four rooms are available, perfect for smaller theatre-style meeting and banquets.

For a truly unique meeting room for sports fans, try our executive boxes. We have 18 individual boxes with private balconies. For smaller board meetings, or for use as syndicate rooms, our executive boxes boast floor to ceiling views of the pitch.
