We work with over 100 venues in and around Bristol and Bath, so there is plenty of choice for everyone; whether you are looking for a corporate conference venue or a quirky attraction. 

We will send you one proposal listing all available options with prices and essential information, saving you hours of time gathering details from numerous individual venues. We can negotiate rates on your behalf, arrange site inspections, and gather additional information about your shortlisted venues. We have 3D tours and floorplans to hand as well as in-depth knowledge of how events work at eaach venue.

Accomodation Services - A bespoke booking website for your event

We can create a bespoke booking website for your event, with a selection of hotels at negotiated rates. The website highlights how far each hotel is from the conference venue and allows you to book multiple rooms. Your own logo and event summary can also be included.

Our venue and accommodation finding services are totally free to use. We claim a small commission from venues where we place confirmed bookings, which is put directly back into the business to help keep our services free to use and to market the city to business event organisers.
