Grand Party at the Gate
The Concourse offers over 3,500 square meters of usable space, perfect for hosting large-scale Christmas parties for 800+ guests. With its blank canvas, the Dolman, South, and Lansdown concourses provide incredible flexibility, allowing for creativity in theming and personalizing the space to suit festive celebrations.
These concourses offer ground-floor access with several load-in points, ceiling heights of over 4 meters, power sockets, built-in LED screens, concessions for private hire, three-phase power, and restroom facilities. The VIP Party at the Gate is perfect for those seeking a more formal atmosphere for larger groups of 150+ guests. This versatile package can be tailored to various suites based on specific briefs and requirements.
A minimum of 150 guests is required for this package.
Party at the Gate
For a relaxed private party atmosphere, one of the unique event spaces can be booked for a private Christmas celebration. The South Stand lounges offer views of the pitch, or guests can enjoy the largest indoor pub screen in the UK at the Independence Sports Bar.

Freddie Mercury Tribute at the Gate
A Queen-inspired Shared Christmas Party, featuring a Freddie Mercury tribute performance, will take place on Saturday, 14th December. This package includes an arrival drink, a three-course menu with coffee and mince pies, a glass of wine with dinner, and a tribute show.
Festive Lunch
Guests can enjoy a festive afternoon of delicious food in a unique venue, followed by a pitch-side stroll and an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium.
