Restaurant at Bailbrook House Hotel

About

The Conservatory takes full advantage of attractive views out onto the gardens and, during the warmer weather, doors open on to a summer terrace for peaceful alfresco dining.

The mansion’s royal lounges with their wealth of original features provide an idyllic spot in which to enjoy Afternoon Tea, which is served on delicate tiered stands accompanied by a selection of fine loose leaf teas.

The cloisters has a cosy ambience with original archways made from traditional Bath stone adding to the intimate feel, plus plenty of tables overlooking the beautiful grounds and countryside beyond.

Head Chef Michael Ball has designed a menu that celebrates classic ingredients and modern flavour combinations to create an exceptional modern British dining experience for guests. Taking inspiration from the natural larder on his doorstep and from foraging within the estate, Michael’s dishes are vibrant and colourful with a focus on seasonality and provenance.

Private dining

The private dining rooms within the historic part of the building and those in the modern Bailbrook Court are ideal for celebrations and special events of varying sizes.
