Dough

About

Dough in The Corridor is open for indoor dining. Their restaurant on Kingsmead Square is open for indoor and outdoor dining!

Dough is a proudly independent, family-run business, bringing together years of expertise and the best Italian ingredients to bring you first-rate pizza, every time. They have two locations in Bath, The Corridor and Kingsmead Square.

Made on-site by specialist artisans from Puglia, their pizza bases are rustic, simple and made in the authentic Italian style, reflecting its humble origins as Neapolitan street food.

Dough's front man is Emiliano Tunno, a “pizza acrobat” who's opened pizzerias around the world. He loves coming up with new and exciting ways to manipulate and change the dough for a healthier base, so expect to see some unusual – but tasty – twists on the classic sourdough, like turmeric, seaweed and hemp.

This extensive selection means there’s a pizza for everyone, whatever your dietary requirements or lifestyle choices, without compromising on taste or quality.

Dough's mission is to bring you the finest ingredients cooked at the best possible value. It’s the love of pizza in its purest form that led Dough to explore new and exciting innovations.
