"The level of support at the event was unprecedented. Everything was organised as planned and executed perfectly to schedule. The event staff went above and beyond what I would normally expect, greeting us late on Friday evening and handling all of our ad hoc requests quickly and cheerfully. I would highly recommend the venue and hope to visit again soon." Independent Cinema Office

Online events

Choose from their two largest cinema screens or largest conferencing space to hold your event. Their in-house technical team can livestream or record your talks in addition to mixing in talks – and questions – from anywhere else in the world.

Hybrid events

Get the best of both worlds – delegates can participate in your event at Watershed while a virtual audience can tune in online at the same time. They’ll make sure your virtual delegates don’t miss out on any of the offline conference experience – they can even supply you Watershed brownies for your goody bags.

Virtual networking

Watershed have created a virtual platform where delegates can be randomly matched with each other for a short period before being introduced to someone else – it’s a great way of continuing to make chance connections and build relationships.

Choose Watershed to take your event online and benefit from their broadcast-quality cameras, in-house technical team and a seamless live digital experience. They can help brand your livestream, provide opportunities for sponsors, supply you with a recording of your event and more. They can also connect you with their trusted pool of British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters and advise on subtitling facilities.
