Celebrate the festive season with a twist at Science Creates Old Market - the beating heart of innovation in Bristol! 

With an open, upstairs Mezzanine which flows down into the Atrium and exclusive 1023 bar, this event space comfortably hosts up to 100 people - perfect for a variety of Christmas events.

At Science Creates, discoveries become inventions so why not release your inner child with exciting experiments in The Learning Lab followed by drinks and nibbles at the adjacent 1023 bar?

Just a 10 minute walk from Temple Meads Station and with ample parking, Science Creates Old Market’s prime location allows you to continue your celebrations beyond our four walls, with a short stroll into the City Centre or by exploring Old Market's array of quirky bars and restaurants.

Any dietary requirements can be catered for using local suppliers.

Capacity

Max group depends on the space booked: Only H20 event space has a maximum capacity of 60 people. Only Mezzanines have a maximum capacity of 100 people. H20 and mezzanine combined: 100 people 1023 Event space: 120 maximum capacity standing. (Evening only)

Accessibility

All event spaces are fully accessible, with a wheelchair accessible lift and level flooring throughout each floor. They also provide disabled and gender-neutral toilets, a quiet room for delegates who need a private moment, and the option for a hearing aid loop.

Parking is available (30 spaces) evening only. Parking is available during the day prior booking (limited spaces available) There is one car park close by, 1 minute walk and plenty of off street parking after working hours 5pm onwards. Temple meads is 10 minutes walk. The venue is walking distance to different main bus lines. There are two different spaces for cyclists, with front and back cycle storage.

Locally sourced, Organic and FairTrade products used in catering. Reduced plastic across venue. Close to Bristol Temple Meads train station and bus routes.
