The hotel accommodates 206 bedrooms and recently completed a programme of updates in bedrooms including new mattresses, pillows, and carpets. Sustainability is of high priority and the hotel has recently switched to bulk toiletry amenities in all bedrooms to reduce single plastic use.

The hotel is home to the iconic Kiln Restaurant, a former 18th century glass kiln.  The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday and is also available for private hire for corporate dinners & Christmas celebrations.

The hotel has recently installed 4 charging ports for Electric Vehicles.
