About

One of the UK’s leading international contemporary arts venues, Arnolfini is a striking Grade II listed building occupying an iconic location on Bristol’s harbourside. It offers a series of bright, light filled spaces, uninterrupted views across the beautiful floating harbour, and a central location with excellent local transport links.

Arnolfini is an exceptionally stylish and modern space for both personal and corporate events. A vibrant atmosphere stems from a world-class programme of contemporary arts, a celebrated arts bookshop, and a café bar (with both indoor and outdoor spaces) run by popular local independents, the Bristol Beer Factory. The building is also home to students at the School of Arts, UWE Bristol.

Private events can be held in Arnolfini’s 200-seat theatre. A dramatic, black box space with an excellent acoustic, it can be adapted to suit a wide range of events and presentations. The room has very high-specification audio visual facilities, a large screen to the front, and raked seating that can be rolled back to form a large, flat floor area. Private hire packages include the assistance of a fully-qualified AV technician to tailor the space to your needs.

The spacious foyer areas and galleries are also available for evening receptions. They are happy to talk about how they might work with you to create bespoke events with a backdrop of some of the country’s leading contemporary art exhibitions.
