Group doing Team Building

About

As one of Bristol's premier outdoor activity providers, Adventure Bristol is the perfect place for a fun-filled away day or team building event.

“The day was amazing! An action packed affair that really brought our team closer together, boosted our camaraderie, and encouraged us to play to each other’s strengths while supporting each other’s weaknesses. Well organised. Well informed. Great people and a fantastic venue.”

Activities have been designed to deliver a wide range of benefits to your organisation, whilst offering employees an enjoyable day away from the workplace:

-  Improve communication

- Develop problem-solving skills

-  Identify future leaders

- Boost morale

- Develop camaraderie

- Identify strengths and weaknesses

Activity options include:

-  Icebreakers Teams compete against the clock in a classic marble run challenge. Can they transport a marble from the start to the finish line, with only enough supplies to cover part of the distance?

- Situation survival Teams compete to find survival items before a blizzard moves in. They need to decide which 5 of 15 items are key to their survival, before using their navigation skills to find them. Can the teams then build a shelter, learn to make and light a fire in time to brew a cuppa before the blizzard arrives? After a break around the camp fire, find out who has the best aim with an axe!

- Team challenge Competing teams challenge each other in a variety of fun team games. Which team is quickest to safely defuse the bomb and which can build a Flintstone car from the materials provided and then race it to the finish line?

- High ropes Colleagues help and encourage each other around the exhilarating high ropes course.

- Archery Run as either an individual or competitive team game, employees learn the ancient sport of Archery

Half day (am/pm) and full day packages are available, which, if required, can be combined with a meeting or presentation in a room(s) at the venue. Alternatively, work with Adventure Bristol to design a bespoke session for you and your team(s).
