Save time! One enquiry for a multi-venue proposal
Place just one enquiry with us and we will get quotes, availability, and package details from all of the venues we work with that meet your requirements. We work with over 60 venues in and around Bristol and Bath of all different sizes and styles, including top attractions, historic venues, academic venues, restaurants, bars and hotels.
We will send you one proposal listing all available options with prices and essential information, saving you hours of time gathering details from numerous individual venues. We can negotiate rates on your behalf, arrange site inspections, and gather additional information about your shortlisted venues. We have 3D tours, Christmas brochures and venue images to hand as well as in-depth knowledge of how events work at each venue.

Our team have visited the venues, have attended events at a lot of them and have a direct established relationship with their sales & events teams. We’re here to talk through your requirements and make suggestions based purely on your needs, whether that be style of venue, location, budget, accessibility or any other key deciding factors that are important to you. Our venue and accommodation finding services are totally free to use. We claim a small commission from venues where we place confirmed bookings, which is put directly back into the business to help keep our services free to use and to market the city to business event organisers.
