De Vere Tortworth Court
De Vere Tortworth Court is a historic hotel in the countryside, just a 20-minute drive from Bristol city centre and conveniently close to the M5. The Orangery, an impressive Victorian conservatory with a stunning ornamental ceiling, is a beautiful setting for summer parties. There’s an outdoor dining and seating area directly outside, as well as 30 acres of grounds with Wi-Fi to make the most of too.

The Avon Gorge by Hotel du Vin
With an unbeatable view of the magnificent Clifton Suspension Bridge and Avon Gorge, this hotel has one of the most enviable terraces in the city. Currently undergoing a refurbishment for the summer, the private terrace area is an ideal space for BBQs, drinks from the outdoor bar and photos. You can also make use of the elegant indoor space for more formal food, drinks and entertainment.

Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel
For an indoor summer soiree, the Palm Court at Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel is a beautiful option. Dating back to the Victorian era, delegates will step into a memorable party setting, thanks to majestic Bath stone walls and a stained-glass ceiling.
With enough space for 120 delegates, a central location by College Green and plush bedrooms for overnight stays, the hotel is a favourite for event organisers seeking a city centre venue.
Bristol Harbour Hotel
Also loved for its impressive architecture and history, Bristol Harbour Hotel is based on Corn Street inside two grand former banking buildings. The Venetian-inspired Sansovino Hall is the most impressive of the hotel’s event spaces, with opulent décor, a spectacular skylight and capacity for up to 400 delegates or 300 for dinners.
If you’re planning a smaller affair, consider hiring out the sophisticated Gold Bar and its suntrap terrace for drinks and nibbles.

Based in restored Grade II listed former sugar warehouses, Hotel du Vin & Bistro is one of the most characterful hotels in the city. It has four quirky private dining rooms that can be hired for summer parties and dinners, as well as a secluded flagstone courtyard for al fresco events.

The Square at The Berkeley Square Hotel
Host a party in the Secret Garden, the new outdoor space at The Berkeley Square Hotel, located just off Park Street in the city centre. Delegates can enjoy luscious cocktails and a cosy al fresco vibe here no matter how the weather is behaving, thanks to it being both covered and heated. Summer party packages can include exclusive use of terrace and lower deck cocktail bar, barbecue menus and welcome drinks.

Mercure Bristol North The Grange
Based on the edge of Bristol and easily accessible via the M4, M5 and M32, this country house hotel is an elegant setting for a summer party. Delegates will be met with a sweeping driveway, immaculate lawns and pretty Bath stone manor house on arrival. You can host your event in the secret garden or the courtyard and make use of the 18 acres of landscaped gardens – ideal if you're planning some outdoor teambuilding activities at your event.
