The award-winning City Farm Café is the social heart of Windmill Hill City Farm. Next to the farmyard, with its own enclosed play area and lots of outdoor space and picnic tables, it is super child-friendly and a haven of nature.
The café reflects the ethos of the city farm, offering home-cooked, ethically sourced food. Much of the meat and fresh produce used in the café, is from the farm itself, and profits gained, support the farm’s charitable work. The café also houses our farm shop.

With over 130 carefully sourced local, ethical products which include the City Farm’s eggs, veg and meat, you’ll not only be making great food choices but will be supporting the City Farm and the wonderful work it does. And with next day collection, and easy online ordering and payment, it’s easier than queuing for the supermarket!
The shop is a social enterprise, which means it is not just focused on profit. Decisions are made in a holistic way, balancing income generation and environmental impact.
Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for next day collection from the Farm between 1pm and 3pm.
Collection outside these times may be available by arrangement.
