Miller & Carter Steakhouse Entrance

About

Miller & Carter Steakhouse opened their flagship restaurant inside the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel in December 2018 offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and more recently Afternoon Tea, as well as an extensive bar list.

At Miller & Carter, they know a thing or two about steak, in fact, you could say that they’re one of the best steakhouses in Bristol. But they’ll let you judge that for yourselves…

The Bristol City Centre steakhouse is the perfect place to treat someone special, catch up with friends, or enjoy a memorable experience with your family.

The indulgent menu is bursting with 30 day aged British and Irish beef steaks, including rib eye, T-bone, and sirloin cuts, not to mention heavenly fish dishes, and the finest burgers. Explore their chef’s specials, lunch, and dinner menus and you’ll discover a fantastic variety of succulent steaks as well as a tempting array of options for the vegetarians amongst you – there really is something for everyone.

The restaurant is Coeliac UK accredited and has a dedicated menu for gluten-free dishes on their website.

Committed to quality, they pride themselves on the care of their farmers, the exacting standards of their butchers, and the passion of their chefs. And, once you’ve tasted their hand-cut, 30-day aged steaks, you’ll understand why. But don’t just take their word for it, book a table at your local restaurant and decide for yourself.

Located in the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel, adjacent to the Bristol Cathedral and nearby to the Clifton Suspension Bridge and Bristol Zoo. With 150 years of history behind her, the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel – the Grande Dame of the city, fitting of her noble past, but on point for an enduring future.
