Our experienced team will negotiate bedroom rates and secure accommodation allocations at multiple hotels in the location of your choice. We offer the option to create a bespoke web page for your event, where delegates can book their own accommodation at a hotel to suit their individual budget. The website can include your branding, a summary of the event and will highlight the distance from the conference venue. This service is free to use with no contractual commitment, guests pay for their own accommodation on arrival or departure, plus it will save you a lot of valuable organisation time.
