Bristol has two mainline railway stations. Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station is located in the city centre, featuring several options for ongoing travel. These include the A1 Bristol Airport Flyer, Bristol Ferry Boats water taxis that will take you to various locations around the Harbourside, and a wide range of bus routes, including direct services to Clifton Village.
Bristol Parkway is located north of Bristol, offering easy access to the University of the West of England and several business parks. Bristol Parkway is 8 minutes away from Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station. Delegates travelling to Bristol by train are eligible for savings when travelling with Great Western Railway.
First West of England run bus services throughout Bristol, Bath and the wider West of England region. You can purchase digital tickets and track buses in live time using the First Bus app, or by cash or card aboard all buses.

Bristol Airport is the 8th busiest airport in the UK, with frequent flights from major hubs such as Brussels, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Dublin, enabling hundreds of onward connections to the Americas, Africa, and Asia. Business travellers using Bristol Airport can take advantage of car parking close to the terminal, fast track security and a dedicated executive lounge. Bristol Airport is a short 20 minute drive away from Bristol city centre, and a 40 minute drive to Bath city centre.
The Bristol Ferry Boats water taxi service is a great way to see the city. The boat picks up from Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station, stopping at the city centre and various points of interest across the harbourside, including Brunel’s SS Great Britain.

Bristol is a compact city and easy to navigate on foot. Many hotels and conference venues are within close proximity of each other.
Bristol is ideally located for road access from London and the rest of the UK, with the intersection of the M4 and M5 motorways located just to the north of the city and the M32 providing direct access to the centre. From the M4, exit at Junction 19 (signposted Bristol) and follow the M32 into the city centre. From the M5, exit at Junction 18 and follow the A4 Portway (signposted Bristol Airport). North Bristol is best accessed from Junction 17 of the M5.
Bath is easily accessible by rail, road and air, with Bristol Airport located just 19 miles away, and a well-connected mainline railway station in heart of the city centre. Bath also benefits from being a short drive away from both the M4 and M5 motorways, and regular bus and coach services.
Bath Spa Railway Station is conveniently located in the heart of the city centre, just a short walk from Bath’s main attractions, venues, and hotels. The Great Western Railway serves the city and wider South West region with regular high-speed services from London Paddington taking just 80 minutes. Delegates travelling to Bath by train are eligible for savings when travelling with Great Western Railway.

Bath is located just ten miles from Junction 18 of the M4 motorway, which runs directly from Central London and Heathrow Airport. There are also excellent motorway links from the north and south of the country via the M5 motorway, while Wales is just a short drive to the west along the M4 motorway.
